Policy & Booking Process

How to Book

Booking with KenaCreationsLLC is simple!

Step 1:

Submit the appropriate booking form for your bouquet or Bloom Bar Experience.

Step 2:

We will review your request and contact you within 24-48 hours bussiness hours to confirm availability, discuss your vision, and provide a quote.

Step 3:

 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order or vent date. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Step 4:

Once your deposit is received, we’ll begin creating your automated design. The remaining balance is due before pick up, delivery, or your scheduled event.

Booking Policies

  •  A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for custom bouquet orders.
  • Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and are subject to an additional rush fee.
  • Event bookings are accepted on a first-come, first served basis.
  • Custom designs are handcrafted, so flowers,wrapping, and decorative elements may vary slightly based on seasonal availability while maintaining the overall style and quality.
  • Delivery is available for an additional fee based on location.
  • All deposits are non-refund But may be transferred to a new date with approval if notice is provided.
